When waiting for a midwife does not go as planned

In 'Baby or Blender', a mother-to-be and her husband wait at home for the midwife. Jack had a traumatic time in hospital once and hates the places, and she's happy to go along with his desire for a home birth because he's a good guy and in return he'll give up smoking. When the phone rings, however, it's not the midwife giving her ETA. It's something else, and Jack, well, he goes a little weird...
